What is KFSPA?

Klein Forest Soccer Parents Association is a non-profit organization whose mission is to support the women’s and men’s soccer teams by 1) volunteering where and when needed, 2) financially aiding the existing program in order to supplement equipment and enhancing the public awareness of the soccer athletic program and 3) recognizing those participants in the program.  To accomplish our mission, KFSPA raises money through fundraisers and membership dues.

KFSPA primary fundraiser each year is selling pizza after school each Friday.  Spirit sales are our secondary source.  Money raised from these funds allows the 1) purchase of major equipment items and 2) replacement of worn and lost items.  Examples of purchases include: uniforms and socks, turtleneck shirts to wear under uniforms during cold weather conditions, banners, etc.

Each family can join KFSPA.  Dues are $15 per year.  The purpose of the dues is to cover the cost of supplemental equipment purchases made for the men and women’s program during the season. The dues cover the banquet cost for the player and the costs associated with awards night.  Checks should be made out to Klein Forest Soccer Parents Associations. Click Here for Membership Form.

Klein ISD does not pay for any portion of the awards banquet.  It has been left up to the booster clubs at each school to plan and pay for these activities.  Keeping this in mind, if enough money is not collected in membership dues, it will be necessary to ask for additional funds to pay for the player’s awards dinner.

The KFSPA organization has two general meetings each year.  One is held during “Meet the Eagles Night” at the start of the season and the other is held at the end of the season during the awards banquet.  Board meetings are held as needed throughout the year.  All members are invited to attend board meetings if they so desire.  The current board members are as follows:
